Text Box: Orange Coast Development established itself with its first project in Huntington Beach, Ca in 2001.  The city was just beginning to see some renovation in its downtown [“numbered streets”] area. New homes were going up quickly, but there was something missing. Something was needed. Something was necessary to distinguish new homes for superior pride of ownership. The gap from new home to True Quality New Home was bridged when 224, 226 and 228 6th Street was developed as their first project. As a developer, Orange Coast Development sought out the best General Contractor to partner with in making their vision come alive. TEAM Design and Construction is that partner.
