In addition to developing our own properties, we have now been contracted from other land owners to consult with them on the development of their own land. Currently, there are three projects from four different developers that we are involved in.
Our scope of responsibility is to assist our client with:

Creating their line item budget

Obtaining the correct financing

Assisting them with any issues that come up in regards to meeting timelines for city or county regulations

Introduce them to our team of experts in the contracting and subcontracting specialties

Creating a Marketing Theme and Application for the sale of any of the developed properties
